We ate breakfast here several mornings during our spring break trip to Silver City. The Southwest Breakfast is the best. Love the food. The quality and quantity of what you get is well worth the price, in fact its a bargain.

Excellent breakfast. Coffee was solid. Huervo rancheros red sauce and green sauce both excellent. Portions are huge, superb taste. Will definitely eat there again tomorrow.

On a recent trip to Silver City we had dinner one evening and lunch a couple of days later. With three of us we had a pretty good sampling of the menu. The food and service was very good on both occasions. Only place in town we found fried zucchini. It was very good as well. Reasonably priced.

Before heading home to Las Cruces, we stopped at the Adobe Springs Cafe for breakfast. My wife and I both had omelets with hash browns as the side. The omelets were good, but I have had better. I have also had better hash browns. I had the BYOO (build your own omelet) with sausage (out of chorizo), onions, green chiles, and cheddar cheese. The sausage was broken up sausage patties, instead of loose hamburger style meat. Service was excellent. I would not have any problem of returning there for breakfast sometime in the future.

If you are a blue cheese fan you have to have the Billy the kid burger. It is very decadent and the flavors make you step back and say wow!

Great breakfast location!!! Fast, friendly service, great food in an authentic, historic building. We had veggie omelets, which we could have split one we had so much food.

The food was okay. I ordered a chicken sandwich with avocado, tomatoes and green chile. My boyfriend ordered a hamburger cooked medium but the waitress told him that the cook only did medium-well, which he as a little upset about. The place was a bit untidy, but they were about to close. The bathrooms were messy, but the service was great.

This is a VERY nice place to have breakfast in Silver City. Everything on the menu is just right, and the service was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Great breakfast! Passing through on the way to LA. I had the green chile omlet - excellent. The food was fresh, properly cooked and tasty. The wait staff was pleasant and the setting is quite nice, located in a cute refurbished adobe building that once was the office and managers home of a small roadside hotel. An excellent choice for breakfast. Note for those traveling with dogs: There is no outdoor seating, but there is shade available under some nearby trees. No shade in the parking lot.

Home for the holidays, went to lunch here with the family. Ordered a burger, not so great. Frozen pre-formed patty. Yuck. The service was good, but I could have done without watching the waitress put away clean silverware while eating a meal.

This was the second time I have been to the restaurant. I have been please both times. I was here this week for lunch while on business. the place was some what busy and I was given a nice table by the window. Services was excellent and wen i did have an issue with my meal the corrected it right away and apologized to me several times. The time before I was there for dinner and the meal was excellent.

3.75 stars The only cafe with some local flavor that we could find open in Silver City for brunch on a Sunday while driving through, we stopped by and were pleasantly surprised. The service was great, there were local artists' works for sale on the wall, and it really had that nice, kind of upscale cafe atmosphere. I ordered the southwestern grilled cheese -- grilled cheddar on rye with tons of green chiles and creamy avocado. I ordered it with a side of the home fries instead of french fries, sweet potato fries, or even the Czech potato salad...and did not regret my decision. Eating them with ketchup, it reminded me of having a grilled cheese with tomato soup on the side. The sandwich was spicy good, but also a little plain and required a little salt. Which was no problem; I just added some. The boy ordered migas (which I would have ordered if he hadn't). It's so rare to find migas outside of central/southern/western Texas that we had to order it. And it was delicious. With a really earthy roasted corn flavor from the crushed tortilla chips in it, the scrambled mixture of eggs, jalapenos, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and green chile sauce was awesome. He ordered it topped with green chiles, and it was really spicy but also really good. The roasted corn flavor made me think that there might be even some added masa to the mixture. Okay, I admit it, I secretly wished I had ordered migas topped with green chiles too. All of their dishes had those extra touches -- they were beautifully presented. Great place for brunch; glad we spotted it while driving through. It's so much better than going to the local diner, especially when it's just as inexpensive.

Ate a very nice breakfast at this local cafe in a refurbished old motel setting (now a set of businesses). Good decor, nice solid food, great service. Prices are very reasonable. You will do much better to eat breakfast or lunch here than most other places in town.

Great fresh food & Service with reasonable pricing. We plan on coming back often.

I have eaten here several times over the years, and have always enjoyed it pretty much. We ate here on New Years Day, while I was in town visiting with my parents. The place was hopping, but we got a table in a reasonable amount of time. The service was a little slow, but I expected it to be, considering that they were very busy. The food was great, I really enjoyed the broad menu, and had a hard time deciding between breakfast and lunch. Our drinks were kept full, and the staff was attentive. I wiall definately be back.P.S. I went for lunch this time, but next time I am definately going to get breakfast, as it looked awesome!

We had a fantastic late breakfast on a Saturday. There was no waiting. I had Huevos Rancheros (with hashbrowns in) and my wife had a veggie and ham omelette. You get HUGE portions of fabulously delicious food. This is a real find in Silver City. (We got a to go container and had a great second breakfast the next morning with leftovers.) The servers were zipping around taking care of everyone. They zipped maybe a little to much .. but maybe that is how they keep prices low. They were super friendly, but forgot a couple times when I asked for coffee. When things are this good I can not complain about service that is hopping. They were attentive. We loved our meals and we plan to be back for more!!!!! We had trouble finding the place as the addresses on the street seems to be off. It's further towards downtown Silver City then Google maps shows. It's right at a big curve as your coming into town from the east side. Near AutoZone.

Fun place we discovered while traveling through New Mexico. I had the Mexican Melt and it was delicious. Had some chili peppers and reminded me of my youth. The staff was nice and the ambience southwestern. Good stop for a sandwich. Recommend as an alternative to the fast foods. Definitely a place to go for lunch.

Had to ask for coffee three times. The server acted like she hated to be there. Food was very slow coming out. We won't return.
